Terms, Conditions, & Privacy

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to Maison Nefelibata (“Maison,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maison Nefelibata website and your participation in our gatherings, events, and related experiences. By using our website or purchasing a reservation for a Maison gathering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Maison Nefelibata

Maison Nefelibata is a community and gathering concept centered on meaningful connection, creativity, reflection, and intentional time together offline. Our gatherings may include shared meals, beverages, guided conversations, creative activities, reflection exercises, correspondence, and other experiences.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are available through the booking or payment process provided on our website.

A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been provided.

Please provide accurate contact information when making a reservation so that we can communicate important information regarding your gathering.

Tickets and reservations are intended for the individual who purchased them and may not be resold or transferred without prior approval from Maison Nefelibata.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Because Maison gatherings are intentionally small and we make advance commitments to venues, food providers, artists, and other partners, reservations may be subject to a cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated on the specific event page:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before an event may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before an event are generally non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request a transfer of your reservation to another person. Transfers are subject to Maison's approval and any applicable event restrictions.

  • If Maison Nefelibata cancels or materially postpones an event, we will provide either a refund or another reasonable option communicated to you.

The cancellation and refund terms displayed on an individual event page may supersede this general policy.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to the venue, schedule, activities, food, participating partners, or other event details.

If a change materially affects the nature of the experience, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered guests.

5. Participation & Community Guidelines

Maison gatherings are designed to be welcoming, respectful, and inclusive spaces.

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat other guests, staff, hosts, and partners with respect.

  • Respect personal boundaries and privacy.

  • Participate in conversations and activities voluntarily.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.

  • Respect the physical space and property of Maison and its partners.

  • Maison is not a space for harassment, hate speech, threats, or behavior that makes another guest feel unsafe.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave an event if their behavior materially compromises the safety or experience of others. In such circumstances, a refund may not be provided.

6. Food, Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our gatherings may include food and beverages prepared or provided by Maison, venues, restaurants, caterers, or local partners.

Please disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions during the reservation process or contact us as soon as possible after booking.

Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contact.

Guests are responsible for making decisions about whether food or beverages are appropriate for them.

7. Alcohol

Some Maison gatherings or partner venues may serve alcoholic beverages. Guests must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies. Guests are responsible for their own consumption and transportation arrangements. Maison reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or whose behavior creates a safety concern.

8. Photography & Recording

Maison gatherings may occasionally be photographed or recorded for documentation, editorial, or promotional purposes. When photography or recording is planned, we will provide notice to obtain consent. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or recording, please let a Maison host know.
